Welcome to Legibilize. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website, application tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Legibilize provides an online formatting conversion tool designed to declutter, clean, and format text and articles to enhance online readability and eliminate eye strain.
2. Passwordless Access & Session Security
Access to premium tiers of the Service is authenticated exclusively via a unique, cryptographically secure URL token ("Magic Link") sent to your verified purchase email. Your access token is saved locally within your browser cache (localStorage) to enable frictionless usage.
Anti-Abuse Rule: Your key is for personal, individual use only. If the Service detects single-key utilization across an excessive number of distinct IP locations within a short timeframe, Legibilize reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to prevent automated service scraping.
3. Subscriptions & Cancellations
We offer both Monthly and Annual subscription packages. All renewals occur automatically through our third-party checkout provider (Stripe). You may toggle auto-renew off at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.
4. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LEGIBILIZE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TEXT STRIPPING PROCESS WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE OR COMPATIBLE WITH 100% OF EXTERNAL DYNAMIC WEBSITES.
